Stability of shares and voting rights at MEDIA 6

MEDIA 6 has published its monthly data on the number of shares comprising the capital and the total voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The figures, reported successively for the months of July, August, and September 2025, show remarkable consistency. For the three months, the number of shares remains at 2,631,250. Simultaneously, the total theoretical voting rights is stable at 4,804,947, while exercisable voting rights reach a uniform 4,546,726.
