MBWS lance un programme de rachat d'actions
Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (MBWS) a annoncé le lancement d'un programme de rachat d'actions, conformément à l'autorisation accordée par son assemblée générale ordinaire le 25 juin 2026. Ce programme vise à optimiser la liquidité des transactions, soutenir les stratégies de croissance externe, ainsi que couvrir des plans d'options ou d'attribution d'actions.
La société prévoit de racheter jusqu'à 11 071 442 actions, représentant 9,89 % du capital, avec un prix maximum fixé à six euros par action. Ce programme s'étendra sur une période de 18 mois, jusqu'au 25 novembre 2027. MBWS détient actuellement 127 540 actions propres, soit 0,11 % du capital social.
