MBB SE Reports 62% Increase in Adjusted EBITDA in Q2 2026
MBB SE, a medium-sized family-owned enterprise, has announced a significant increase in its adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter of 2026. The figure jumped by 62% to €75.2 million, compared to €46.5 million in the same quarter the previous year. Revenue also saw a modest rise of 4.6%, reaching €298.5 million. The adjusted EBITDA margin improved considerably, reaching 25.1%, up by 8.7 percentage points.
The strong performance was largely driven by Friedrich Vorwerk and gains at DTS, Delignit, and Hanke. For the first half of the fiscal year, MBB SE's adjusted EBITDA increased by 53.3% to €117.1 million, with revenue stable at €536.0 million. Consequently, the company has raised its earnings forecast for the full year, now anticipating an adjusted EBITDA margin of 18-20%, while maintaining expected revenues of €1.1 to €1.2 billion. The half-year report is expected on 13 August 2026.
