Maurel & Prom General Meeting: Practical Information

Maurel & Prom's Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on May 27, 2025, in Paris. Shareholders are invited to meet in the Salons of the Hôtel des Arts et Métiers at 10 a.m.

Preparatory documents, the agenda, and resolutions are available on the company's website. The documents can also be viewed at Maurel & Prom's head office.

Shareholders may request documents electronically or by post in accordance with established procedures. A certificate of account registration is required for bearer shareholders.

The meeting will be streamed live on the company's website, and a recording will be available for those unable to attend in person or who prefer to view it at a later date.
