Leadership Changes at Maurel & Prom

On February 12, 2026, the Board of Directors of Maurel & Prom announced significant changes in its leadership structure. Ms. Carole Delorme d'Armaillé resigned from her position as a director, Chair of the Audit Committee, and member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee after 13 years of service. The Board expressed gratitude for her contributions and commitment.

Ms. Dian Andyasuri has been co-opted as an independent director. She will assume the roles vacated by Ms. Delorme d'Armaillé, becoming Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Andyasuri brings over 25 years of experience in finance, primarily in the oil and gas sector.

Additionally, Ms. Françoise Clemenceau has been appointed as an observer. Ms. Clemenceau has extensive experience spanning 39 years in the international oil and gas industry, notably with Total Energies.
