MASTRAD announces a capital increase through the issue of shares

On September 22, 2025, MASTRAD, a company known for its kitchen utensils, announced a capital increase through the issuance of 45,783,069 new shares. This transaction, carried out to honor outstanding obligations to the Hexagon Capital Fund and Beluga Capital Fund, is part of a contractual framework defined in July 2025.

With this issue, MASTRAD's share capital now stands at €641,054.97, or 128,210,993 ordinary shares. These shares will be listed under ISIN code FR0004155687 on Euronext Growth Paris in the coming days. The issue was made possible by a delegation of authority granted to the Chief Executive Officer by the General Meeting of June 2025.
