Evolution of voting rights and shares of Maroc Telecom in September 2026

As of September 30, 2026, Maroc Telecom reported a share capital of 879,095,340 shares. This figure remained constant compared to the previous months of July and August 2026. The total number of shares comprising the share capital is identical to the total number of gross voting rights, also 879,095,340.

The number of treasury shares, deprived of voting rights, fluctuated slightly: 168,604 in September, up from 113,395 in August, but down from 259,172 in July.

Consequently, the total number of net voting rights reached 878,926,736 in September, compared to 878,981,945 in August and 878,836,168 in July. Maroc Telecom, listed on both the Casablanca Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris, maintains a clear transparency policy requiring the declaration of threshold crossings.
