Marks & Spencer to Implement Vusion's Connected Store Platform

Vusion has announced that Marks & Spencer (M&S) will deploy its Connected Store platform across several new locations. This initiative reflects M&S's strategy to modernize store operations and enhance the shopping experience for both customers and employees. The integration leverages Bluetooth-enabled infrastructure, particularly through Vusion's EdgeSense™ smart rail platform. This technology aims to enhance connectivity among store systems, product information, and staff activities.

The initial rollout will focus on operational advancements. These include improving product information management, aiding staff in efficiently locating products using features like flashing labels, streamlining inventory processes, and preparing a digital foundation for future innovations.
