Manitou Group Approves 2025 Financials and Dividend at Annual Meeting

On June 25, 2026, Manitou Group held its Annual General Meeting at its headquarters in Ancenis, chaired by Marcel-Claude Braud. Attendance included shareholders representing 34,201,621 shares, equating to 89.377% of shares eligible to vote, out of a total of 39,668,399 shares.

The meeting concluded with the approval of the company's financial statements for the fiscal year 2025. Additionally, a dividend of €0.75 per share was confirmed, with payment scheduled for July 1, 2026.
