Manitou Group's Governance Changes and Strategic Plans
Manitou Group has announced a change in its governance structure. Marcel-Claude Braud has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. With extensive experience at Manitou and International Harvester, Braud aims to ensure continuity for the controlling family shareholders and guide the group's growth under the LIFT 2030 strategic plan. His term will last until the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
The board meeting also marked the resignation of Pierre-Henri Ricaud, an independent director. Additionally, Hervé Rochet will serve as interim CEO from June 25 until Sylvain Blaise assumes the role on June 30. Blaise's arrival is set to support the group's ongoing transition and strategic objectives.
