Manitou Group Prepares for Leadership Transition
On November 26, 2025, Manitou Group announced a leadership change as Michel Denis's term as President and CEO will end on June 11, 2026. A recruitment process is underway to find his successor. Until then, Denis will continue in his current role.
Under Denis's leadership since 2014, Manitou's revenue increased from €1.2 billion in 2013 to €2.7 billion in 2024. The Group strengthened its financial health, expanded sustainability efforts, and maintained its top position in the telehandler market.
Chairman Jacqueline Himsworth praised Denis for his contributions to Manitou's growth and resilience. Denis expressed gratitude to the company's employees and stakeholders, attributing success to their collective efforts. The transition includes continued support for the LIFT 2030 strategy aimed at ensuring future growth.
