Mako Mining Corp. Announces Stock Option Grants to Employees
Mako Mining Corp., listed on NASDAQ and TSXV, has announced the issuance of stock options under its Omnibus Incentive Plan. A total of 60,000 stock options have been granted to two employees, with each receiving 30,000 options. These options have an exercise price set at C$13.92 per common share, which corresponds to the 5-day volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the company's shares on the TSXV. These options are valid for five years, set to expire on September 17, 2031.
The grants align with the company’s strategy to incentivize and retain key personnel as part of its broader exploration and development activities. Mako Mining operates the San Albino gold mine in Nicaragua and has interests in other mining projects in the US and South America.
