MAHLE Issues EUR 200 Million Notes and Launches Tender Offer
MAHLE GmbH has announced the successful pricing of EUR 200 million in additional notes due in 2032. Concurrently, it is launching a partial tender offer for its outstanding notes due in 2028. These financial maneuvers are aimed at better positioning the company for future operations.
The newly priced notes are issued under the same conditions as MAHLE’s previous EUR 300 million notes due 2032. Issued at 104.5% of their principal amount, these notes provide investors a yield-to-worst of 5.87% until their potential redemption in July 2030. The offer is exclusively available to qualified investors outside the United States.
The tender offer for the 2028 notes will run until June 18, 2026, with the company repurchasing up to EUR 250 million of the outstanding notes. The offers are subject to existing regulations and laws, especially concerning distribution and sales practices.
