MAHLE Announces EUR 300 Million Bond and Partial Tender Offer
MAHLE GmbH has successfully priced a new unsecured EUR 300 million bond at a 7.125% rate due in 2032. In parallel, the company is launching a partial tender offer for its existing EUR 750 million bond, aiming to repurchase up to EUR 300 million of it. This tender offer period is set to end on July 7, 2025. The proceeds from the new bond will be used to partially redeem the 2028 notes and for general corporate purposes.
The new notes will be listed on The International Stock Exchange and are governed by New York law. They are offered in a private placement to qualified investors outside the United States under Regulation S. MAHLE reported a 6.5% sales decline in the first five months of 2025, attributed mainly to volume declines in Europe and North America.
