MaaT Pharma Activity and Results Update for Q1 2026
MaaT Pharma received a preliminary "negative" opinion from the CHMP regarding the marketing authorization for MaaT013 (Xervyteg®) and plans to request a re-examination. At EBMT 2026, the company presented key data on Xervyteg®. In Q1 2026, revenue of €0.8 million was generated by the compassionate access program, with cash of €18.1 million as of March 31. The access program has been transferred to Clinigen, facilitating expansion in Europe. In parallel, MaaT Pharma is continuing the clinical development of MaaT033 and is planning a trial for MaaT034.
The company has improved its cash management, extending its financial horizon to November 2026 and ensuring the continuity of regulatory steps. Finally, the Annual General Meeting is scheduled for June 16, 2026.
