M1 Kliniken AG Reports Strong 2024 Earnings Growth

Berlin, 21/05/2025 - M1 Kliniken AG has published its 2024 annual report, showcasing robust financial performance driven primarily by its high-margin Beauty segment. Group revenue rose by 7% to EUR 339.2 million, while EBITDA saw an impressive 52% increase to EUR 32.0 million. EBIT surged by 70% to EUR 26.8 million, and EBT increased by 60% to EUR 26.3 million. The Beauty segment alone experienced a 30% revenue growth, reaching EUR 91.7 million.

M1 Kliniken's strategic objective is to establish the M1 Med Beauty brand as a global leader in aesthetic treatments. The company plans to achieve revenues of EUR 200 to 300 million in this segment by 2029, with a targeted EBIT margin of at least 20%. The proposed dividend of EUR 0.50 per share reaffirms their consistent dividend policy.

Profitability saw a notable increase, with net profit after minority interests climbing to EUR 16.0 million. Earnings per share rose from EUR 0.54 to EUR 0.85. Operating cash flow tripled to EUR 30.5 million, with free cash flow improving significantly to EUR 24.9 million.
