M1 Kliniken AG has reported a robust performance in the first half of 2025, with a 24% rise in EBIT and earnings per share reaching EUR 0.63. The company's growth trajectory was supported by efficiency measures and expanded medical capacities.

The Group's revenue increased by 9.4% to EUR 183.5 million, while EBITDA rose by 21% to EUR 20.5 million. The EBIT margin improved to 9.8%. The Beauty segment was a key driver, with revenue up by 5.5% to EUR 51.2 million and EBIT surging by 48.9% to EUR 15.0 million. The segment's growth was aided by optimized processes and a strategic pricing approach.

However, the Trading segment, while experiencing an 11% revenue boost, saw a 32.8% decrease in EBIT. Looking ahead, M1 Kliniken AG aims to expand its clinic network and sustain its growth strategy in the Beauty segment, with projected revenues between EUR 200 million and EUR 300 million by 2029.
