Modification de la structure de l'actionnariat de Ludwig Beck AG
Le 29 mai 2026, Ludwig Beck am Rathauseck – Textilhaus Feldmeier AG a annoncé une modification importante de son actionnariat. Son PDG, Christian Greiner, ainsi que INTRO-Verwaltungs GmbH, ont cédé leurs parts à Alfons Doblinger. Cette opération est soumise à l'approbation des autorités de la concurrence. Avant la cession, Christian Greiner détenait environ 26,3 % du capital de Ludwig Beck AG, tandis qu'INTRO-Verwaltungs GmbH en possédait environ 25,2 %. Une fois l'opération finalisée, Alfons Doblinger deviendra actionnaire majoritaire, contrôlant environ 77 % du capital et des droits de vote de la société.
