Results of the 2025 Lucibel Combined General Meeting

On July 30, 2025, Lucibel's Combined General Meeting was held under the chairmanship of Frédéric Granotier. With 33 shareholders present or represented, 12,788,193 votes were cast out of a total of 33,371,123 shares. Approximately 38.3% of the share capital was mobilized for voting.

The resolutions presented were adopted by a majority. Of the proposed resolutions, all were accepted, except for the 16th and 17th, which were rejected due to a massive vote against. The adopted resolutions received up to 99.96% approval.
