Redressement judiciaire pour Procédés Hallier et report des comptes chez Lucibel
La société Lucibel a annoncé que sa filiale, Procédés Hallier, a été placée en redressement judiciaire par le tribunal de Rouen le 27 octobre 2026. Cette décision fait suite à une cessation des paiements liée à un chiffre d'affaires inférieur aux prévisions.
Procédés Hallier entre donc en période d'observation. Simultanément, Lucibel SA et Lucibelle Paris poursuivent leurs périodes d'observation jusqu'en janvier 2027.
En parallèle, Lucibel reporte la publication de ses comptes consolidés au 30 juin 2026 au 15 décembre, en raison de la situation financière actuelle. Ces comptes seront publiés conjointement avec ceux au 31 décembre 2025.
