LPKF Receives LOI for NEXAR LIDE Systems from Asian Manufacturer

LPKF Laser & Electronics SE has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent (LOI) from a leading Asian semiconductor packaging manufacturer. This confirms the selection of LPKF’s NEXAR LIDE glass processing systems for the customer’s production expansion. The equipment will be used in the initial phase of a new glass substrate production facility dedicated to high-performance semiconductor packaging.

The value of the intended purchase is estimated in the mid-single-digit million euro range. This order is anticipated soon, aligning with LPKF's strategy to expand in the glass-based advanced packaging sector, crucial for high-performance computing and AI applications.
