Mid-Year Liquidity Contract Statement by Louis Hachette Group
Louis Hachette Group has disclosed details regarding its liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux for the first half of 2025. Resources at the end of June were 100,921 shares and €384,177.73. There were 4,644 buy-side executions totaling 3,820,936 shares for €5,471,432.13 and 4,184 sell-side executions resulting in 3,720,015 shares for €5,353,394.03. This follows guidelines set by the French Financial Markets Authority's 2021 decision.
When the liquidity contract commenced, the account started with zero shares and €500,000. Orders were temporarily suspended in April but resumed before the semester's end.
