L'Oréal concludes a bond issue of 1.750 billion euros

On January 7, 2026, L'Oréal announced the completion of a bond issue totaling €1.75 billion. This transaction is divided into three separate tranches: €650 million with a 2-year variable coupon, €500 million with a 3-year fixed rate of 2.5%, and €600 million with a 6-year fixed coupon of 2.875%.

The funds generated by this issue will be used for the general needs of the company, including the announced acquisition of an additional 10% stake in Galderma.

Rated by S&P and Moody's, the bonds will be listed on Euronext Paris from January 12, 2026. BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole CIB banks supervised the operation with the support of major European banking institutions.
