Lonza Group's AGM 2026: All Board Proposals Approved
Lonza Group AG held its 2026 Annual General Meeting on May 8, chaired by Jean-Marc Huët. The shareholders, representing 62.58% of the share capital with 43,948,027 shares, approved all proposals by the Board of Directors.
Jean-Marc Huët was re-elected as Chair of the Board. Claudia Süssmuth-Dyckerhoff, Sami Atiya, and Stephen Fry were newly elected to the Board. A dividend of CHF 5.00 per share, marking a 25% increase, will be distributed starting May 15, 2026, with half exempt from Swiss withholding tax.
Deloitte was re-elected as the auditor for 2027. Additionally, the Non-Financial Report, Remuneration Report, and compensation for both the Board and Executive Committee were approved.
The meeting also marked the conclusion of service for some Board members, with thanks extended for their contributions to Lonza.
