Lonza Optimizes Growth Model and Financial Goals at Capital Markets Day
Lonza Group AG announced enhancements to its Organic Growth Model and mid-term financial aims during its Capital Markets Day in Vacaville, California. The transformation into a focused contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) has improved Lonza's operational and financial performance. The company aims for 10-13% organic CER sales growth on average and a CORE EBITDA margin in the high thirties over the mid-term. Return on invested capital is expected to reach two to three times the weighted average cost of capital.
For Q3 2026, Lonza's performance across all business platforms met expectations, maintaining its upgraded full-year outlook. This includes 11-12% CER sales growth and a CORE EBITDA margin of 33-34%. The Capsules & Health Ingredients division also met expectations, projecting mid-single-digit growth and margin expansion for 2026.
