Longview Capital Announces Voluntary Delisting from TSXV
Longview Capital (No. 1) Inc., formerly known as BE Resources Inc., has announced its decision to voluntarily delist its common shares from the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). The company's board of directors concluded that due to financial, administrative, and compliance costs, along with limited trading volume, the delisting is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders.
Following a shareholder meeting on November 10, 2025, the company transitioned its continuance from Colorado to Ontario. Post-delisting, Longview Capital aims to stay a reporting issuer and explore alternatives to enhance shareholder value. The decision was supported by an overwhelming majority of 99.773% of shareholder votes. The effective date is anticipated to be around November 9, 2026, pending Exchange approval.
Despite the delisting, the company remains committed to its disclosure obligations in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. Shares, although not listed, will stay transferable under securities laws with Marrelli Trust Company Limited continuing as registrar and transfer agent.
