Lobe Sciences Appoints Mirza Rahimani as CFO

Lobe Sciences Ltd., a Canadian biopharmaceutical company, announced the promotion of Mr. Mirza Rahimani to Chief Financial Officer, effective March 2, 2026. Rahimani has been with the company since December 2025, providing financial advisory services.

Rahimani brings over fifteen years of experience in finance, having worked in accounting, financial reporting, and corporate governance across various industries, including life sciences, mining, and technology. His expertise will support Lobe as it addresses unmet medical needs and advances its strategic initiatives.

Chairman and CEO Dr. Frederick Sancilio highlighted Rahimani's understanding of the company's strategy and operations, noting his valuable experience in public-company financial reporting and strategic transactions. Rahimani takes over the CFO role from Mr. Yong Yao.
