Loar Holdings Completes Acquisition of LMB Fans & Motors
Loar Holdings Inc. has finalized its acquisition of LMB Fans & Motors for €367 million. The transaction also includes the assumption of LMB's existing debt. Founded over 60 years ago, LMB specializes in high-performance fans and motors, with its products heavily utilized in aerospace and defense sectors. LMB's headquarters are located in Malemort-sur-Corrèze, France, and it employs over 75 people worldwide.
This acquisition follows approval from French regulatory authorities. Loar anticipates LMB will generate approximately $60 million in revenue for the upcoming year. CEO Dirkson Charles stated that LMB's innovative culture aligns with Loar's strategy, emphasizing the synergy between the companies.
