LNA Santé acquires five nursing homes in response to growing demand

LNA Santé has announced the acquisition of five nursing homes (EHPADs) from the Clariane group. This acquisition, which involves 539 beds spread across the Rhône, Loire and Bouches-du-Rhône departments, is part of the group's development strategy.

This operation comes in the context of an aging French population, with a sharp increase expected in the number of dependent elderly people by 2030. LNA Santé plans to transform these establishments to meet the needs of elderly care.

The group aims to reconfigure its existing offering with a model focused on integration and service quality, in accordance with LNA's 'Comfort' standards. This approach seeks to provide personalized care while maintaining affordable prices.
