LISI makes available the 2025 Universal Registration Document
The LISI Group announced that its 2025 Universal Registration Document, including the annual financial report for the 2025 financial year, was officially filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on April 1, 2026. This document includes crucial information such as the corporate governance report, detailing in particular the remuneration policy for corporate officers.
It also covers the share buyback program, sustainability information in accordance with the CSRD, and the related audit report. The auditors' reports and details of their fees are also included.
This document is available on the LISI website and the AMF website. A copy can be obtained free of charge at the company's registered office in Grandvillars.
