Linedata Services: Update of the number of shares and voting rights

Linedata Services has published regulatory information regarding the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital. As of September 30, 2025, the company had 4,960,807 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights reached 8,918,741, while the voting rights exercisable at general meetings amounted to 8,862,899. This information is communicated in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. Linedata, listed on Euronext under the ticker LIN, continues to share this information with the authorities and its shareholders.
