Linedata Services Reports Decline in 2025 Revenue and Profitability
Linedata Services has reported a decrease in revenue for 2025, amounting to €169.6 million, a 7.7% decline from the previous year. The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) margin fell to 22.1% of revenue, influenced by a significant cyberattack in August 2025. This incident disrupted new projects and shifted corporate focus toward restoring impacted customer services.
Asset Management revenues dropped by 10% due to the cyberattack affecting the Software division, although Services division growth partially offset losses with a 7.5% organic increase. Lending & Leasing saw a slight organic revenue increase of 1.5%, contributing €63.0 million.
Linedata's overall EBITDA and operating income declined sharply to €37.5 million and €22.6 million respectively. Despite the downturn, the company remains under its net debt limit, with €14.9 million cash available and a proposed dividend of €1.20 per share pending approval.
