LightOn revises its ARR forecasts for 2025
LightOn, a recognized player in generative AI, is adjusting its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) target for 2025. This adjustment is due to market pressures in the graphics card sector, which are hindering the completion of client projects. These difficulties are particularly affecting organizations seeking to deploy their own sovereign infrastructures.
To counter these constraints, the company now offers alternative solutions and a hybrid offering. LightOn has also entered into a strategic partnership with Oreus to provide advanced GPU infrastructure in France. However, these initiatives will not prevent a delay in reaching its target of €2 million in ARR.
Contract delays will push profitability to the end of 2026. Despite these obstacles, LightOn anticipates a market recovery and business growth in the coming quarters, thanks to the expansion of its offering and the establishment of new partnerships.
