Share capital and voting rights of Lhyfe as of May 31, 2025
On June 5, 2025, Lhyfe, a green hydrogen producer, announced the total number of shares and voting rights as of May 31, 2025. The company has 47,970,348 shares in its share capital. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 80,906,320. However, the exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, at 80,813,916, due to 92,404 treasury shares being excluded from the calculation.
This announcement is in compliance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers). Lhyfe, listed on Euronext Paris, continues its commitment to the energy transition by developing green hydrogen projects to support industrial decarbonization and sustainable mobility.
