Provision of documents for the Lhyfe general meeting

Independent green hydrogen producer Lhyfe has announced that its combined general meeting will be held on May 22, 2026, in Nantes. Shareholders are invited to attend this crucial event at 66 Boulevard de Berlin. Preparatory documents, including the agenda and draft resolutions, are available on Lhyfe's website, under the "General Meetings" section of the Investors area.

The notice of meeting has been published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) and remains available online. Interested shareholders may request the required documents up to five days before the meeting, in accordance with Articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code.
