Lhyfe Announces Share and Voting Rights Details as of January 2026

Nantes, France – As of 31 January 2026, Lhyfe, a producer of green hydrogen, announced the current structure of its share capital. Lhyfe disclosed a total of 48,113,844 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights stands at 81,014,992, while the exercisable voting rights are at 80,965,292. This information was shared in compliance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

The company reported that 49,700 shares are held in treasury, thus carrying no voting rights. Lhyfe operates in the energy transition sector, committed to supplying green and renewable hydrogen for industrial and mobility needs. The company has been expanding its reach, with a presence in 12 European countries and actively developing new production sites.
