Levine Leichtman Capital Partners to Sell Global Loan Agency Services
Levine Leichtman Capital Partners ("LLCP") has entered into an agreement to sell its portfolio company, Global Loan Agency Services ("GLAS"), to Oakley Capital. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed, and its completion is subject to regulatory approvals.
Based in London, GLAS provides loan agency and trustee services globally, specializing in complex financing structures. Under LLCP's ownership, GLAS experienced significant growth, with assets under administration expanding from approximately $120 billion in 2021 to over $750 billion currently.
Josh Kaufman from LLCP expressed gratitude for the partnership with GLAS's management. Mia Drennan, CEO of GLAS, looks forward to continued success with Oakley Capital. Deutsche Bank AG and Robert W. Baird Limited acted as financial advisors for the transaction. This marks LLCP Europe II SCSp's second exit.
