Lepermislibre: Distribution of Shares and Voting Rights

Lepermislibre has issued a press release regarding its capital structure. As of June 30, 2025, the total number of shares comprising its share capital stands at 12,143,120. In terms of voting rights, 20,111,566 theoretical votes are registered. However, the total number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 20,017,594 votes.

Theoretical voting rights include shares that have been stripped of this right, pursuant to Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations. However, exercisable rights do not take these shares into account. This clarification is intended to properly inform the public and investors.
