LePERMISLIBRE carries out a capital increase of €0.8 million

On September 28, 2026, lePERMISLIBRE, a French online driving school, completed a capital increase of €0.8 million. The transaction, with maintenance of preferential subscription rights, resulted in the issuance of 14,241,443 new shares at a unit price of €0.055.

The funds will be primarily used to expand the company's network, with the goal of opening ten new branches within six months. Nearly 70% of these funds are earmarked for acquisitions and new openings, 17% for strengthening the platform, and 13% for operational deployment.

Following the capital increase, the company's share capital reaches €937,253.256, divided into 39,052,219 shares. The new shares will be listed on Euronext Growth in Paris from September 30, 2026.
