Leonteq Withdraws Discharge Proposal Ahead of AGM
Leonteq AG has updated stakeholders ahead of its 2026 Annual General Meeting. The Board decided to withdraw the proposal to discharge the Board and Executive Committee for the 2024 and 2025 financial years. This decision follows the recommendation of a Swiss proxy advisor who deemed the move premature due to ongoing final reviews.
Previously, Leonteq addressed supervisory requirements ordered by FINMA. An audit in late 2025 confirmed most measures, leaving a few points to amend by the end of that year. These are under final review starting early 2026. The Board plans to reintroduce the proposal at a later general meeting.
