Lenzing AG Appoints Georg Kasperkovitz as CEO
Lenzing AG has announced the appointment of Georg Kasperkovitz as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective June 1, 2026. Kasperkovitz has been with the company since June 2025, serving as Chief Operations Officer (COO). His responsibilities included overseeing the Fiber Division, notably in sales, production, and supply chain, as well as managing the company-wide performance program.
He will hold the CEO position until May 31, 2029. The current structure of the Management Board will remain unaltered, with Mathias Breuer continuing as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Christian Skilich as Chief Production and Technology Officer (CPO/CTO).
