Legal dispute between EURASIA GROUP and OPUS

EURASIA GROUPE, a public limited company based in Paris, is facing a receivership application filed by OPUS - CHARTERED ISSUES SA. The latter, a Luxembourg-based company, cites a dispute related to a pledge of rent receivables, valued at €3,115,948, granted by ANDAMERA CORP SAS. A conciliation agreement had been established, but disagreements over the beneficiary of the funds led EURASIA to halt payments.

EURASIA GROUPE strongly contests this claim, arguing that the debt is uncertain and rejects its declaration of insolvency. The hearing is scheduled for October 28, 2026, with discussions underway to secure payment of the amounts owed.
