Lectra: Update on the number of shares and voting rights
Lectra has published its monthly share capital report as of April 30, 2026, in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the French Commercial Code and the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This statement provides information on the composition of the company's share capital.
As of April 30, 2026, the total number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 38,064,263. The gross total of voting rights is equal to this number, but the net total, after excluding shares deprived of voting rights, is 38,019,379.
No specific statutory threshold crossing is required beyond the legal thresholds for the company. Its registered office is located on rue Chalgrin in Paris.
