Leclanché SA obtains a waiver for the 2025 annual report
Leclanché SA, a specialist in energy storage, has received a temporary exemption to postpone the publication of its 2025 annual report. This decision, taken by the Issuers Committee on June 9, 2026, extends the deadline until July 31, 2026.
Trading in the company's shares remains suspended pursuant to Article 57 of the Trading Regulations. This suspension was initiated on June 1, 2026. Leclanché must publish a regulatory announcement regarding its decision, including all conditions, by June 10, 2026.
A previous extension had postponed the publication date initially set for April 30, 2026, then to May 31, 2026. This new extension aims to allow Leclanché to comply with legal requirements regarding financial reporting.
