Leclanché Requests Extension for 2025 Annual Report Release
Leclanché SA has announced it will not meet the 31st May 2026 deadline to publish its 2025 annual report, which had already been extended by SIX Exchange Regulation AG (SER). The company has submitted a request to further extend this deadline to 31st July 2026. However, no decision has been made yet by the SER’s Issuers Committee.
As a consequence, trading of Leclanché's registered shares on the SIX Swiss Exchange will be temporarily suspended from 1st June 2026, in line with the SIX listing rules and SER’s decision dated 30th April 2026. The company is in discussions with a strategic partner to secure financing to support its operations through June 2027.
Key measures include converting CHF 10 million of debt into equity and negotiating a framework agreement with a new partner for additional funding. These steps aim to bolster Leclanché’s financial stability and long-term viability.
