Leclanché restarts its production of M3 modules after an incident

Leclanché SA, a major player in energy storage, has announced the restart of its M3 module production line in Yverdon-les-Bains following an incident at the end of November 2025. After several weeks of testing and validation, production resumed on January 5, 2026, under safe conditions. Quality controls are being carried out offline while some equipment is being repaired.

Production capacity will be gradually restored. Leclanché has minimized disruptions for its customers, continuing to supply battery packs in Germany. CEO Pierre Blanc expressed his gratitude to the teams for their responsiveness. The company assures that product compliance is maintained.
