Le groupe Casino clarifie un malentendu concernant l'accord bancaire
Le 7 juin 2026, Casino Group a publié une mise au point concernant les informations faisant état d'un prétendu accord avec des banques dans le cadre de son projet de restructuration financière. Contrairement à plusieurs articles de presse évoquant un accord finalisé, Casino Group a confirmé qu'aucun contrat n'avait été signé avec les banques.
L'entreprise a souligné que la formalisation d'un tel accord nécessiterait l'approbation des comités de crédit des banques et du conseil d'administration du Groupe Casino. Ces discussions s'inscrivent dans le cadre d'un projet en cours visant à adapter et à renforcer la structure financière du Groupe.
