Le Groupe Bastide cède EXPERF à Sapio Group
Le Groupe Bastide a conclu un accord pour céder sa filiale New Medical Concept, holding d'EXPERF, à Sapio Group. Spécialisé dans la perfusion et la nutrition à domicile, EXPERF a doublé son chiffre d'affaires depuis son acquisition par Bastide en 2017.
Le chiffre d'affaires est passé de 18 millions d'euros à 42 millions pour l'exercice 2024-2025. Cette vente s'inscrit dans la stratégie de désendettement du Groupe Bastide, permettant d'améliorer son ratio de levier financier après l'opération, prévue pour n'avoir aucun impact sur le chiffre d'affaires 2026.
Sapio, s'appuyant sur le réseau d'EXPERF en France, vise à renforcer sa position en Europe. La finalisation demeure soumise à des conditions suspensives habituelles.
