Le groupe Alta confirme sa position sur le rachat d'Addiko Bank
Le groupe Alta a pris acte de l'annonce faite par Nova Ljubljanska banka concernant son intention de modifier son offre publique d'achat volontaire sur Addiko Bank AG. L'ajustement proposé consiste à abaisser le seuil minimal d'acceptation de plus de 75 % à plus de 50 %. Nova Ljubljanska banka souhaite ainsi rendre son offre plus attractive.
Malgré ce changement, Alta Group réaffirme sa position initiale. Comme indiqué dans son communiqué de mai 2026, Alta Group maintient son engagement à apporter ses actions d'Addiko Bank AG à l'offre publique d'achat volontaire de Raiffeisen Bank International AG. Cette décision souligne la stratégie d'Alta Group dans le contexte des acquisitions en cours concernant Addiko Bank AG.
