LDC announces that its Combined General Meeting will be held on August 20, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. in Sablé-sur-Sarthe. Shareholders were convened by a notice of meeting published on July 15, 2026, in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO). This notice includes the procedures for participation and voting at the Meeting.
The preparatory documents and related information are made available to shareholders in accordance with applicable regulations. Shareholders can access this information directly on LDC's website, where an information request form is available.
At this meeting, a dividend payment of 2.25 euros per share will be proposed, payable on August 27, 2026. In addition, the event will be broadcast live on the company's website.
